BFT Richmond offers science-based strength and conditioning programs, Hyrox training, and community-focused fitness at its Church Street studio.
BFT Richmond is currently operating at 1st Floor, 446 Church Street, Richmond. The studio provides a variety of training programs, including the BFT Challenge, Hyrox-specific preparation, and recovery-focused sessions. The facility offers several entry points for new participants, such as a 7-day pass for $27 and a 5-session pack for $25.
Training Programs and Community Focus
The studio serves as an official Hyrox training centre. This partnership allows members to access specific programming designed for the global fitness race. These sessions are integrated into a weekly schedule that also features progressive, science-based strength and conditioning workouts. The training system aims to prepare individuals for athletic events while maintaining a focus on daily health and fitness goals.
For those interested in long-term goals, The BFT Challenge provides a structured nine-week framework. This program includes a nutrition plan, body composition scans, and a progressive training schedule. Participants receive support from local coaches and a global community, with prizes awarded to male and female winners at the conclusion of the challenge.
The Richmond facility is managed by Bree and emphasizes an all-inclusive environment. The studio regularly hosts events such as open weeks and reunion offers to encourage community engagement among both new and long-term members.

Strength and Recovery
A significant component of the BFT method is "The Benchmark," a nine-week block specifically focused on building strength. This program is scheduled to return in late March, offering members a chance to measure their progress in lifting and conditioning. Alongside these high-intensity efforts, the studio is introducing "Recovery 10X," a program aimed at revolutionising how participants manage physical restoration after exercise.
Staff members, including Ally, Maddie, Anthony, and Jamal, provide direct coaching to help members navigate these various blocks of training.
"Joining BFT has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and confidence. From the very first session, I felt welcomed and supported! A huge shoutout to Ally, Maddie, Anthony, and Jamal – your encouragement, energy, and genuine care make every class feel empowering."
